Biography
Medeya Tsnobiladze, ND, MsAC, is a Naturopathic physician at Fairfield Family Health in Connecticut.
She holds an M.S. degree in Biophysics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and trained in a PhD program in Neuroscience at Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.
She received her ND and MS in acupuncture degrees from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
Upon graduation, she became a professor teaching naturopathic medical students and physician assistant students for 12 years before transitioning to a full-time medical practice.
Dr. Medeya is a member and presenter for ILADS society and completed a fellowship in Integrative Neurology.
Her main interest is an interplay of immunology, neurology, and endocrinology.
Brief Summary
Alzheimer's and vascular dementia are considered the top 2 conditions leading to dementia and cognitive decline. Is there any connection to Borrelia, the causative agent of Lyme disease? In this presentation, we will explore the overlap in clinical symptoms, risk factors, and changes in the brain caused by those three conditions and will suggest the directions to explore in terms of complementary treatments.
